Having joined the cannabis industry 13 years ago, Claudia founded MOST Consulting Group, a one-stop shop for cannabis businesses; providing marketing, advertising, design, and strategy for all verticals in the cannabis industry. Today we babble about raising capital, staffing, regulation, marketing, and other aspects that are especially difficult in the cannabis business. Cannabis Startup OGTwenty years ago, Claudia founded Diamond Transportation Group, a same-day, time-critical delivery service, starting with just four people at her dining room table. Since then, she has expanded the company to twelve locations along the East Coast, offering comprehensive services including trucking, pick-pack-ship, chain of custody, logistics, and supply chain management.
From these OG beginnings, Claudia grew Diamond Transportation Group into a multi-million dollar enterprise with a strong local, regional, and national presence. Recognized as a subject matter expert in transportation and logistics, she recently launched Scarlet Express. This state-approved delivery service specializes in discreet, secure, and expert cannabis supply chain management in all states where it is legal.
