Have you ever wondered how identifying your goals and being open to changes can bring abundance to your business and family life? In this episode, Camille welcomes Vanessa Quigley, the co-founder of Chatbooks, a subscription photo book company that helps create moments that matter.

"There's no one right way to be a mother and that took me some learning. That lesson also applies to entrepreneurship." – Vanessa Quigley

Vanessa shares her journey from being an artist to establishing and running Chatbooks with her husband. She shares her advice on how she was able to adapt to changes in her business and motherhood while being a mother of seven. She also shares some of the best practices that she uses both in her business and parenting life.

"I think acknowledging that just it's different. We can't parent the way that we were parented. Find a friend who's going through it too and have someone else to talk to, to get you through it. But just as I'm saying that, I'm thinking about how that principle also applies as you're building a business to have a friend who's going through the same thing." – Vanessa Quigley

If you're looking to start a business or are looking to grow your team, tune into this episode to learn how you can open yourself up in different ways to expand your business by identifying your goals and values.

"I think having a set schedule where people can anticipate learning, getting caught up, and then having a chance to share what's on their heart and on their mind is really important." – Vanessa Quigley

What if you could transform your approach to motherhood, business, and self-care all at once? In our latest episode, we sit down with Victoria Albina, who brings her expertise as a nurse practitioner and somatic life coach to the table. We explore the intricate balance of family, personal aspirations, and health, especially for women navigating their 40s and beyond. Victoria offers valuable insights into the critical role the nervous system plays in our overall well-being, touching on its impact on digestion, hormones, and fatigue. She introduces us to the concept of emotional outsourcing and emphasizes how reconnecting with oneself, community, and nature is essential for maintaining a regulated and healthy nervous system.
Ever wondered why your body reacts the way it does to stress and relaxation? Victoria breaks down the workings of the autonomic nervous system (ANS) and its significant roles in our lives. From the familiar powerhouse of the cell, the mitochondria, to the complexities of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, we leave no stone unturned. Victoria also introduces Dr. Stephen Porges' polyvagal theory, shedding light on how prolonged sympathetic activation can lead to burnout. Understanding these mechanisms can empower you to achieve optimal well-being by balancing your nervous system responses.
In a refreshing reframe of traditional views on codependency, perfectionism, and people-pleasing, we explore our innate capacity for change through neuroplasticity. Victoria dives deep into core human needs like belonging, safety, and worth, explaining how these drive us to seek external validation. We also discuss the impact of chronic negativity and the importance of sitting with our emotions. Plus, Victoria shares a simple but effective tool called "orienting" to help stay present and reduce reactivity. This episode is packed with empowering insights, leaving you with actionable steps to enhance your well-being and entrepreneurial journey. In this episode, Camille welcomes Samantha Tradelius, the co-founder of Commercial Coverage Insurance Agency, the award-winning founder of The Sparkle Foundation, the author of Impact, and the host of the InspiHER’d podcast, where she champions women and helps give them a voice.

Samantha shares her journey from working in insurance to co-founding her own company and now helping other women reach their goals in business. She gives her advice on how to network and market your service to others to help build real-life connections that can help you expand your growth.
What is the importance of having a tribe of supportive women in business?
Women in business have come a long way in the past couple of decades but we still have hurdles to overcome. The concept of a supportive tribe of women can be very beneficial for those striving to reach their business goals. Having strong relationships with other women who understand the individual journey can be incredibly empowering as well as motivational. When everyone is looking out for each other, it's easy to stay optimistic, grow confidently, and work together when needed instead of competing against each other. Think of having an inspiring group that you can turn to when times get tough - now that's what we call true sisterhood!
If you’re interested in growing your network and are looking for ways to expand your business, tune into this episode to hear Samantha’s advice on how you too can find like-minded people where you can all grow together.
