In this episode of the Business Growth Architect Show, with Tyler Foley. Tyler is the bestselling author of "The Power to Speak Naked," and a seasoned public speaking coach and a strategist who utilizes his expertise to growth his personal and business branding through strategic podcast guest appearances. Tyler started as a child actor. These early experiences on stage laid the foundation for his understanding of audience engagement and the power of authentic expression. In this episode, Tyler discusses the transition from acting to public speaking, emphasizing the pivotal moments that shaped his approach to communicating a message.

This connection is essential for building trust and rapport, which are indispensable in effective communication.

Tyler explains the tactical aspects of utilizing podcast guesting as a strategic tool for personal and brand growth. With precision and clarity, he outlines how carefully selecting podcasts that align with your niche can serve as a powerful platform for reaching targeted audiences.

Business Growth Architect Show - Ep #164: Want More Success? Learn How to Ask for Help
play

03/17/25 • 46 min

Had an AHA or Insight? Share it:

Stop pushing and learn the simple way to attract clients effortlessly. Discover how to create magnetic connections that draw clients to you with ease!

In this episode of the Business Growth Architect Show, I’m sharing a concept that I’ve been learning and incorporating into my journey: giving is only half of the equation. For true success, we must learn how to ask for and accept help. So often, we focus on giving, whether it’s our time, energy, or knowledge, thinking that success will come through reciprocity after we give and give. But the missing piece is learning how to receive—how to ask for what we need and allow ourselves to accept the support of others. Otherwise you create a burnout formula.

The key to building strong, impactful relationships with our clients or prospects is not to persuade them into working with us. Rather, create resonance, align energies, and attract them effortlessly. When you connect on this level, you don’t need to convince but allow the right people to be naturally drawn to you. That is how you create an energetic match that flows with ease and purpose.

How often have you been hesitant to ask for help? How often have you even asked for help? Whether in business or in life, asking is a powerful tool. It shows trust and belief in others, and most importantly, it opens the door for you to receive what you need to thrive. You can’t succeed in isolation and we’re not meant to do it all alone. In this episode, I’ll show you how learning to receive brings abundance and success into your life in ways you never imagined.

If this concept resonates with you, I’d love to hear your thoughts! Share your feedback in the comments below and let’s talk about how you can start asking for help and accepting support. Be sure to check out the links in the description for additional resources on how to create resonance with your prospects and build authentic, successful connections.

Business Growth Architect Show - Ep #96: Jeff Smith: Unlocking Success: Mastering KPIs the Easy Way
play

11/27/23 • 35 min

Had an AHA or Insight? Share it:

In the episode of the Business Growth Architect Show we talk to Jeff Smith, whom I consider one of the, if not the father of KPIs. He is the author of The KPI Book (already in its Third Edition) and we are going deep on key performance indicators (KPIs) and their significance in your business strategy. He emphasizes that KPIs are never about measuring people, please listen in, he has some strong words about this, but rather about figuring out what makes sense to measure and then asking yourself why this number even matters.

Jeff explained that KPIs should be used to evaluate whether actions are leading to desired goals, and they serve as a pathway or roadmap to the destination. Because the term KPI is often misconstrued and considered complicated he provides a very simple example of using calorie counting for weight loss. He illustrates that KPIs are not about blaming or terrorizing individuals for not meeting goals, but rather asking questions to understand the causes and effects of outcomes. Game changing.

Next we discuss the difference between cause and effect, emphasizing that the information provided by KPIs raises MORE questions and prompts a deeper understanding of the underlying reasons for the results. You will never look at KPIs the same way again, I promise.

Join us in this mindful episode as we connect with Adrian Moreno, the founder and CEO of Potentia, and co-creator of the Neuro Remapping method. Adrian is an expert helping his clients to rewire their brains for more business success. He provides insights into how to identify and overcome the upper limits that hold us back, whether in your personal lives or professional careers.

What are upper limits you ask?

They are hidden beliefs and past experiences that create invisible barriers to success. Adrian uses the analogy of the hot air balloon weighed down by sandbags, to illustrate how many of us gain momentum only to be pulled back by deeper doubts, fears, and anxieties again. These upper limits often manifest as revenue ceilings, high team turnover, or a sense of stagnation, despite our best efforts.

Through his unique Neuro Remapping process, Adrian helps clients pinpoint the root causes of these issues. He explains that mindset is not just about positive thinking but involves understanding how neurons in the brain are wired. By slowing down brainwaves to a theta state, Adrian accesses the subconscious mind, where deep-seated beliefs reside. He shares compelling stories, such as that of a client who couldn't break the $100,000-a-month barrier because of a childhood belief that wanting more was selfish.

A significant part of the episode is dedicated to debunking the myth that our past dictates our future. Adrian doesn’t believe that those from privileged backgrounds have an inherent advantage. He counters this by sharing stories of some of the big and well known success stories who overcame significant disadvantages to achieve their success. Adrian argues that while privilege can play a role, it is ultimately our beliefs about ourselves and our abilities that shape our outcomes.

To make these concepts actionable, Adrian offers a gift to the audience: the Rapid Rewire Experience. This free resource helps individuals pinpoint a belief and rewire their neural pathways around it, offering a firsthand experience of the profound changes that can occur.

By visiting https://www.rewiremythoughts.com/unshakeable , listeners can participate in this process and validate the techniques discussed in the episode.

This episode is a must-listen for anyone looking to transform their approach to business and personal growth. Adrian's insights are not only profound but also practical, offering listeners the tools to master their minds and break through their upper limits.

Adrian transformed his life and now helps others do the same. His story underscores the episode's key message: that by feeling safe and addressing your subconscious beliefs, we can take bigger risks, make bold decisions, and achieve extraordinary success.
