He offers over 40 years of experience in personal survival, resource management, urban planning and natural disaster assistance. Kent earned a Bachelor’s of Science in forestry at the University of Kentucky and a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) at Kentucky State University. Professionally, he became a certified Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS) with the Society of Wetland Scientists.
