What is the first FEELING that comes to mind when you think of the word 'support'? In todays episode I want to help you understand what support looks and feels like for YOU and how you can gain awareness to ASK for & move the resources you need in order to create the support & help you need to be the best version of you.
Often times we think about people as support systems but there are other areas to look at too, like your ENVIRONMENT, ROUTINES, HABITS and more which we cover in todays episode.
With a HUGE recent change in my life moving from NC to CO I've had to have a lot of honest conversations with myself and the people around me what SUPPORT means to me so as always, I pull back the currents on my struggles in hopes to help you create more STRENGTHS in your life.
