Navneet Aron (Nav) is the Founder and CEO of Livio Building Systems, Inc. Over the last 10 years, he has strived to bring efficiency to the real estate development and construction industry by developing or applying technology to the age-old problems in construction. Nav is on a mission to dramatically increase efficiency in construction projects by reducing on-site labor time and cost across various trades using offsite pre-assembled building components. Nav is passionate about building with pre-assembled Steel and enjoys solving numerous challenges in manufacturing, certifications, logistics and constructability.

Nav holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from NITK, Surathkal, India.

Kristal Howe is the Co-Founder, and VP of Prefabrication and Construction at ICS-Build. She got her first taste of construction at the young age of 14 while working for her mother, who owns a painting and small finish business. This early introduction became the foundation on which she built her career. After earning her bachelor’s degree in business management at Nebraska Wesleyan University, Kristal worked as an ICC-Certified special inspector for a Geotech engineering firm, quickly moving up through the ranks in business development and as a project manager.

The vast experience from these positions led her to open a new Geotech engineering firm in Denver. In the past, Kristal has acted as an owner’s representative on high-end restaurant concepts, new build retail developments, adaptive reuse projects, and tenant finish build-outs. Realizing the opportunity to optimize construction processes, Kristal is spearheading the Prefabrication and Construction team at ICS.

Larry is the Executive Director of the Steel Framing Industry Association (SFIA), the industry organization dedicated to expanding the market for cold-formed steel, representing all US and Canadian steel mills, and manufacturers, coil and stud suppliers, contractors, and design professionals who are involved in the vast majority of steel framing products in the US and Canada. In May of this year, the Cold-Formed Steel Framing Engineers Institute (CFSEI) became part of the SFIA, bringing the total roster up to 2,100 members. https://buildsteel.org/, the steel framing industry’s resource for promoting and supporting the use of cold-formed steel, is also under the SFIA umbrella with nearly 500,000 users in the last 12 months as well as the BuildSteel Weekly e-newsletter with a subscriber base of 10,000 readers.

Prior to joining the Steel Framing Industry Association in 2012, he served as General Manager of Market Development and Sustainability for the World Steel Association (Brussels), President of the Steel Framing Alliance, and as a founder and Executive Director of the Light Gauge Steel Engineers Association (now Cold-Formed Steel Engineers Institute). As a partner in one of Northern California’s largest marketing and strategic communications firms, Williams has worked with Fortune 500 clients in the food and beverage, financial services, and travel/entertainment industries.
