As a transformational leader, Jason creates and executes strategic business development and operational initiatives, developing and fostering industry and business partnerships across the architecture, engineering, construction, and owner industries. Jason’s prior positions at ATG USA, Autodesk, and Harrison French & Associates offered an opportunity to expand his proficiency in project delivery, strategic planning, process improvement, and technology implementation. As a licensed Professional Engineer in 51 US states and territories, Matthew’s 18-year career spans many complex projects and markets, ranging from small schools and restaurants to sizeable state-of-the-art tech manufacturing facilities and high-rise hospital buildings. Matthew developed cutting-edge seismic and sustainability analysis methods and tools while practicing under the mentorship of some of the industry’s leading minds during his employment at an internationally renowned structural engineering firm.

In leading the AE team, Matthew injects his keen sense of practical design and engineering of holistic systems and processes into developing ICS’s building product lines and project deployment. Matthew’s attentiveness to process, automation, and quality ultimately delivers highly efficient building products that optimally leverage industrialized construction advantages at any scale.

Kristal Howe is the Co-Founder, and VP of Prefabrication and Construction at ICS-Build. She got her first taste of construction at the young age of 14 while working for her mother, who owns a painting and small finish business. This early introduction became the foundation on which she built her career. After earning her bachelor’s degree in business management at Nebraska Wesleyan University, Kristal worked as an ICC-Certified special inspector for a Geotech engineering firm, quickly moving up through the ranks in business development and as a project manager.

The vast experience from these positions led her to open a new Geotech engineering firm in Denver. In the past, Kristal has acted as an owner’s representative on high-end restaurant concepts, new build retail developments, adaptive reuse projects, and tenant finish build-outs. Realizing the opportunity to optimize construction processes, Kristal is spearheading the Prefabrication and Construction team at ICS.

Over the last 10 years, he has strived to bring efficiency to the real estate development and construction industry by developing or applying technology to the age-old problems in construction. Nav is on a mission to dramatically increase efficiency in construction projects by reducing on-site labor time and cost across various trades using offsite pre-assembled building components. Nav is passionate about building with pre-assembled Steel and enjoys solving numerous challenges in manufacturing, certifications, logistics and constructability.

Nav holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from NITK, Surathkal, India.
