After a trip to West Aftrica, she decided to take advantage of the time we all had on our plates and started to journey to owning and operating her own Coffee Company. Touba Blend was her roast of choice to honor her family and Senegalese background. Nicky finds out Charlotte’s role from Bean to Bag. Finding out about how she needs to partner with other sources to blend this product perfectly. Manny is mostly interested in her enlightened trip back Home. Learning that this cup of coffee has a rich generational family history. Not only did her Grandma make it growing up, but her mother helps her distribute this back in Senegal!
