Broomham Podcast

Broomham Podcast

Nicola Broomham

We are the 'Property people's podcast' and we want to hear from real people working in and around the property space who have something to share. Its about promoting change, especially in matters such as diversity and inclusion, mental health programs and awareness, women in property and encouraging positive change on the whole to make our industry a better profession for everyone. We also want to encourage new talent. There is a real shortage of people wanting to work across our industry. One of the aims of this podcast is to show that we can create an industry that can offer a career, is desirable to work in, and is moving with the times. We want you to share some advice. Perhaps your own tips about life as well as work; it may be about career progression, planning & organisation, training, personal development, work/life balance, coping strategies, even your favorite Friday night gin recommendations, literally anything!! Plus we want to hear stories from you, real people. This could be about what you have learned, what you have accomplished, challenges and successes, hurdles and boundaries. How you have smashed glass ceilings or not. Everyone has a story to tell and we want to tell yours. If you would like to be involved please email [email protected].
