Alex is the founder and managing partner of Raw Selection, an executive search and selection firm which works exclusively with Private Equity firms securing talent for both the firm themselves and their executives in their portfolio companies.

Alex has plenty of experience in building and leading teams of driven, passionate people, and has a particular interest in how leadership in the workplace can make or break a company. Alex studies management and leadership and always has a book usually 2 on the go.

Because of this, Alex focuses on curating a culture of openness and honesty at Raw Selection, which sees all employees as equally valued and included in the company. His studies of Google, Microsoft and other large and small companies have enabled him to build a solid platform of which to grow his knowledge and Raw Selection.
