We talk about bringing awareness to our bodies, the role food plays in our life, and prioritizing our health over money. Flo is the founder of Be Thy Food and I have personally worked with her in one of her programs.
She has been helping me with my consistent heart burn and gut issues that have been developing since turning 26.
