Amazin shares her story of growing up as a child body-builder who idolised Arnold Schwarzenegger, to overcoming homelessness, to hosting events for global leaders and the likes of the UN and the White House. They also speak about Asian Pacific American Heritage Month and the recent #StopAsianHate movement.

You'll also hear the boys discuss Steelers, the new documentary about the world's first Gay and Inclusive rugby club, and the heartwarming stories it raises about mental health, finding purpose in something and accepting who you are with the support of others.
