Hello Happy People,
Thank you so much for checking out my podcast!
The hubbie and I had a chance to take our first vacation since Spring of 2019 and we jumped on it. Because of this, the podcast is on a short hiatus. We return October 26th, just in time for a Halloween show. I am hoping we have time to connect with my friend Carrie Donovan, who recently won a Halloween writing contest and have her read her winning entry for you all.

We're back from vacation with an amazing guest, Carrie Donovan! Carrie's a bass player and singer for the Backyard Whiskers rockabilly band and an award-winning writer.
Today, Carrie reads her short story, Walpurgisnacht, which won first place honors in the Tales of the Dead story contest by the Baltimore County Public Library. She also shares a sneak peek of her new children's book.
