1)Having a good education is important but if you're not buying assets you'll work for the rest of your life

2)When you see an opportunity, you have to shoot. Set unrealistic time tables. You can achieve your goals faster than what you think is possible. Don't wait for another recession, buy real estate now

3)Section 8 tenants can be the best tenants you have. You can increase the rent each year, the governments portion usually increases, not the tenants. It's a program worth learning about

4)Sacrifice- Henry moved his mom to his one bedroom apartment and slept on the couch in order to save money to get her a house to live in
