#26 What if Women were the problem?

Madeleine Albright once famously said: “There is a special place in hell for women who don't help other women." This is about 15 years ago. Burning bras in the seventies? Around 50 years ago..and still we haven't been able to speak as one collective voice, one body politic. We still haven't learned how to stand up for and with each other and to be generous enough to let strong women unfold their full potential without feeling it somehow lessens our light or our right to be all that we can be as well. In this episode of Bitch, breathe! we look at how this happened, why it's still difficult and what we can do to help each other elevate, rest easy at night, knowing that we are more powerful and fierce than we know.Together.

#27 Pandemic Workaholic
How the pandemic is turning us into workaholics
It's been a while my friends-I'm so sorry for my absence! But the title of the episode will maybe tell you why. After all, this pandemic allows us 3 activities: buy food, have sex (lucky you) and work-like a maniac. After almost 1,5 years of this shit, I suddenly realized I had completey stuck my head in the sand and had started to work longer and longer hours all these months. More deadlines, more performance pressure,"at least this part of life is under my control!", I thought. But what if work isn't actually working for you? What if it has become your number 1 escape plan? Ok, number 2 if we count Netflix. In this episode we talk about how working during the pandemic is making us speed up so much we lose sight of what does work, and here's a hint: it ain't your job. Welcome back!
