Sri is a Senior Software Engineer at IBM, responsible for strategic adoption of Open Technologies in IBM’s Smarter Commerce portfolio. Sri is also Chair of the Customer Experience Digital Data industry initiative, working closely with industry participants to streamline the gathering of user behavior data. Previously, Sri has Chaired the Retail Industry SOA Best Practices efforts, and contributed to the Travel Industry SOA Reference Architecture. In parallel, Sri is pursuing a graduate degree in Predictive Analytics at Northwestern University.
Eliot is a Product Manager for IBM, working primarily on the Digital Data Exchange product, IBM’s Tag Management System. Eliot has worked in Web Analytics since 2002, first within the Coremetrics Implementation Team from 2002 until 2011 (with an IBM acquisition in the middle in 2010), and then moving into Product Management in early 2012.
