Who am I?
My name is Albany, a fitness coach & former College athlete. I am 23 years old, undergoing a big transitioning point in my life- SCARY but SO FUN! My online fitness business is growing and I love getting to connect 1-1 with my clients on a more personal level. I have a passion for helping women not only in their fitness journey, but looking beyond their bodies and fueling the passions inside of them.
