Beyond Four Walls - With Jodie Fraser

Carly is the Head of Residential Operations at Savills, where she leads the management and operations of the iconic Battersea Power Station. With an impressive career spanning over 19 years in the residential property sector, Carly has a wealth of experience under her belt. She started her journey as an administrator for a SIPPS team at Countrywide, quickly climbing the ranks to become an Associate Director at Gateway after nearly a decade of hard work.

Carly then took a leap of faith into the bustling world of London, joining Berkeley Group Plc as Head of Operations. This pivotal role not only deepened her understanding of large, complex estates but also allowed her to deliver operational excellence and drive significant revenue streams for the business.

In addition to her full-time role, Carly also shares her expertise through consultancy, advising leaseholders and property management professionals alike. It’s clear that her passion for the industry is as strong today as it was when she first started.

When she’s not revolutionising residential operations, Carly enjoys long hikes with her partner, Robert, indulging in the latest culinary delights, and staying active in the gym—a habit she proudly maintains from her bodybuilding days.

So, whether you’re a property management professional or simply curious about the industry, you won’t want to miss this great conversation.
