With the increasing use of videos, both on social media and in just about every area of your business, Tracey takes a look at how you can look your best on video. Drawing on her experience making videos and media appearances for many years, Tracey shares the five things you need to know gain confidence and improve your appearance on video.
Traceys shares lots of great tips about how to set yourself up for video success!
And pay extra close attention to the lighting because if you end up having a harsh light on your face, then it's going to show like every wrinkle, every blemish on your face. With the softer it is, the more natural we appear. And when you see a photo of yourself where you say, why do I look so good there? It's generally lighting. Lighting is everything. So remember that soft lighting is that pretty light.

“If you want to remain calm and peaceful as you go through life, you have to have high intention and low attachment. You do everything you can to create your desired outcomes, and then you let it go. Sometimes you don’t get the intended result by the date that you want. That is life. You just keep moving in the direction of your goal until you get there.
Sometimes the universe has other plans, and often they are better than the ones you had in mind. That is why I recommend adding the phrase “this or something better” to the end of your affirmations.”

High Intention. This is the “how to set goals” part of the equation. Set your goals with the highest intention of accomplishing them. Goals should stretch you. They should be just out of your reach and cause you to push yourself.
Low Attachment. This is the “secret weapon” in goal setting.
Low attachment means if you do not accomplish your goal, it doesn’t ruin your day, week, month, or year. Are you bummed? Yes. Would you have rather achieve your goal than not?
Of course! But you don’t let it get you down. You don’t get stuck. You acknowledge your disappointment – you even embrace it. But you are not so attached to your goal that it keeps you from living and moving forward.
