Khalia Wright the CEO/Founder of MessInABottle posted something earlier in the week about, keep sharing, someone will hear you-(I'm paraphrasing). I received that message, but I didn't take a screenshot or repost it on my timeline. A few days later, Amanda the Digital Marketing Manager for Marathon Sports and SoundRunner hit me up to write a piece on Increasing Diversity & Inclusion in Running I was happy to share a few thoughts on the matter. I don't see many people of color running in CT and I'd like to change the complexion of running in the State. It is in the best interest of running shoe manufactures and brands within the running/endurance community to see an increase in the color of the sport.
