Diversity can’t be performative in nature, there has to be practical application. It is troubling to hear the stories that are surfacing about the NYRR, we will be paying close attention to this story as it unfolds and reaching out to NYRR for a response to the allegations of workplace abuse against woman, furloughing of BIPOC and rehiring white males making 6 figures to do the job of staffers.
