Welcome to Behind the scenes at yoga school! (formerly called: Naked and Wandering. Here I share with you what REALLY goes on behind the scenes of Yoga Academy International. I also share a lot about my struggles dating as a strong empowered woman who travels the world for a living. Everyone thinks the life of an international yoga teacher must be so zen, it's all adventures and meditations and fabulous exotic destinations. Sure that's true, but there's also a huge level of responsibility and stress running an international business, taking care of 20+ people at a time in foreign countries and delivering the best yoga programs in the world, flawlessly. If we do it right, it seems like a magical mystical breeze experience. When we don't, it feels like the world is falling apart. On the show I also connect with inspiring people who follow passion and freedom for a living. Together we will learn from them, hear how they did it and understand how we all can pursue our dreams. I'm Lauren Rudick, the founder & director of Yoga Academy International. I've been running one of the world's highest ranking yoga school's for the last 7 years and I've been teaching yoga for 15 years! I'm here to share with you everything about being an international yoga teacher, entrepreneur, woman in business, woman who fucks up, woman who is learning, powerhouse, solo female traveler and human. On this show I’ll share all of my mistakes and triumphs, failures and lessons and connect you with amazing people who do the same. We promise to be unabashedly honest, have nothing to hide and nothing to cover up. This is how we find ourselves naked and wandering in the world.
