11/16/23 • 58 min
Join Sarah Deloach and I today as we talk through how we can find joy in Christ, restore our bodies, and have grace with one another as we walk through the reality of trauma in our lives.
Outline:
What is trauma?
Where did trauma begin?
What are the different types of trauma?
How does the brain respond to trauma?
What is Biblical joy?
What are practical tools that God has given us to help us reset our brains and bodies?
How can we help someone else who has experienced trauma?

Restoring the Joy of Purity
What you believe about purity in your adolescent years can have a lasting impact on your mind and body for years to come. So much of the shame, guilt, physical and emotional pain that we experience in marriage is carried forward from what we believed about ourselves, God, and the opposite sex during these crucial years of development. Let's work together to restore the blessings and joy that Jesus intended when He encouraged us to live a pure life, so that the next generation can truly understand the freedom and abounding joy that comes from real purity.

The ONE THING Women Need
Do you feel like you are searching for something that's missing? Do you feel you are grappling for answers? Do you notice that your stress and anxiety overwhelm your heart and joy seems like a distant idea?
Join Faith Harralson and I as we dive into the ONE THING women need for wholeness in body, mind, and spirit.
Being WITH Jesus.
Let's talk about:
How to keep our eyes on Him and off of what is going on.
How to discern the voice of our Father.
How to operate in gratitude.
AND, how to bring the Holy Spirit's presence into our daily lives and into our homes.
Friends, as we renew our mind, body, and spirit, let's get rid of distractions and focus on Him in our daily walks and usher His presence into our homes.
Psalms 69:29-32 Amplified
But I am sorrowful and in pain. May your salvation, O God, set me securely on high. I will praise the name of God with song and magnify Him with thanksgiving. And we will please the Lord better than an ox or a young bull with horns and hooves. The humble have seen it and are glad. You who seek God (requiring Him as your greatest NEED) let your heart REVIVE and LIVE.
He came because He loves You! I hope you have a fantastic Christmas and wait expectantly on our Coming King to transform your life this season!
