"Yo Nate! Hi Nate,
I've been listening to your podcasts for quiet some time now, and all the information you share is super helpful and relatable because I do want to learn how to become the best version of myself. However, currently I find myself lacking motivation. I also deal with anxiety and detachment issues; these two things have been impacting my decision making skills and progress. I have been super emotional and I am trying to learn how to get a better hold of it. I guess my questions, how can I motivate myself to become the best version of myself? Where can I start? I've tried different things and struggle with consistency. How can I cope with my anxiety and being alone? Some days are harder than others and I experience the anxieties when I'm home alone especially at night. What advice do you have?I really appreciate your content and what you do. Thank you for your sharing your experience, knowledge, and outlook on life.
