BE-Bonfire Entrepreneurs
In this episode Eric shares golden golden golden multiple golden :-) nuggets about being an entrepreneur and how he changed his relationship with food to get healthy before he started "Wildfit". Eric says as an entrepreneur your mental health is everything, your ability to be in a good mood as you don't want to make decisions when you are in a bad mood and those decisions are going to take you in wrong direction. If somebody is running low energy because they are not eating well their body goes in survival mode and in survival mode you will always take the safe road and in entrepreneurship if you are going to take safe road you are going to get no where. You have to take calculated risks but when you are low energy its difficult to take calculated risk as well, especially now during PANDEMIC (corona virus) you are so afraid of the future, the virus, falling economy that most entrepreneurs will start going into a more negative mindset, more preserving mindset, a secure safety mindset and most of us will try to make safe decisions, which means we are stopping to take risk. But some of the biggest and most valuable companies in the world where started during recessions, where started during the time when reinventions were required, but if you have got bad relationship with food it makes it a lot harder to make those kind of decisions. This is the time we need to make some wise changes to stay healthy mentally, physically and emotionally, so as an entrepreneur we can make best decisions. Three rules Eric follows in his business to be successful: - He keeps his promises (I can vouch for that :-) ) - Incremental improvement - Recruit and bring in best people Eric is an internationally recognized business speaker, film producer and serial entrepreneur. He has spent the last 20 years starting, buying, selling and turning around businesses in 6 countries. BE#23: "Think big, dream big even if no one in your family does and then believe in yourself in order to move forward"- Dr. Wasi Saleem

In this episode Dr. Wasi shares his journey of becoming and an entrepreneur after studying and practicing medicine for more than a decade. He explains beautifully how writing your beliefs might be scary in the beginning but the more you do it you will get comfortable with it, it will help you shift your identity, it will eventually help you peel of your limiting beliefs, peeling of parts of your past that didnt work for you, but the future is what you want, if you want your future to be good why not believe the best thing so believing in self and imaging your success will help you accomplish your goals faster. Another good point he made was, do not be afraid of failures, failures are not failures unless you give up or you accept the defeat, failures are just little learning lessons you get along the way to show you what to do. The journey of entrepreneurship is not easy but those who dont give up shine out like a diamond. He also explained it well by saying dont compare your beginning to someones end.. I hope you will enjoy listening to this episode and learn a lot from him. His story about entrepreneurship is very interesting and mind blowing.
