Did you know that there are stages of grief associated with narcissistic and emotional abuse? They follow the traditional stages of grief when it comes to a loss, but there are modified versions to this type of grief.
In this episode you will learn the different stages of grief so that you can identify where you are along your healing journey and move yourself to the next stage. The most important part is not staying in one stage for too long--so you can heal!
Emotional abuse often leaves us feeling like we have lost so much but the good news is we can recover. Learning about the stages, where you are and how to get yourself through every stage to heal is paramount!
If you need help moving through your own stages of grief after narcissistic abuse, send me a DM and let's chat!
