Most women just navigate through the grief wishing people would stop triggering them, waiting for the grief to go away, believing that it's out of their control.
But it's not. If you can heal the pain that's underneath your triggers, you won't have to feel like everyone is pushing your buttons. I'll show you how to do that in this episode, using snippets from my own personal journal as examples.
