Doctors misdiagnose approximately one in seven patients, which happens more commonly among women than men. The experience of having your concerns dismissed by a medical provider (aka medical gaslighting) is incredibly painful. If it's happened to you, you are not alone. Medical gaslighting has become far too common, and in this episode, I discuss my personal experience. It took me a year to get a diagnosis for my rare neurological condition. The lessons I've learned from that experience have changed my life; I am sharing it all here!
