Valarie’s story.

This week, Aunties table has a fabulous treat for you! I am sitting down with Valarie in the village of Calibishie in Dominica. Valerie has a fantastic sense of humour, even though her life journey has been at some times traumatic, she still had reasons to love and to be grateful. She is a wonderful person and an amazing cook. She takes us on her life’s journey and what it’s like to live in a small village in the Caribbean.
