Should I take pills for ADHD? To medicate or not

In this episode we debate the upsides and downsides to medicating ADHD from the perspective of our own lives. We both have been on medication and had to figure out for ourselves whether stimulant meds (like Ritalin or Adderall) are beneficial, necessary, and/or worth it. We open up about our experiences on and off medications.
