Letting Go of the Baggage
03/19/20 • 31 min
Hey Family,
So I would be wrong to not have mentioned in this episode the crisis and hardship happening internationally with COVID-19. This pandemic has been medically and financially hard on numerous individuals and I will share pages and websites on my social networks that may add in support.
With many...or all my events being canceled I decided to spend the first few days of my time doing a deep cleaning. I stumbled upon some items that sparked moments that made me recognize the wall many of us have in our lives. I took a step back and recognized that I needed to let the baggage of my past go.

On My Block Season Three and the Bag It Left Me In
Hey! Its your host Cheyenne Tyler Jacobs...so for those of you who do not know Season 3 of On My Block came out on Netflix and people went insane. Folks were worried and still are worried if a Season 4 would even be coming! So you know I could not wait and watched and one night and let me just say I have never cried so much for a series show. Movies? Yes. TV shows...No. From the character reveals and turns to Laundry Days song at the end Friends.
I posted a tweet highlighting this seasons mirroring of life events and not to brag but it has been going semi-viral. Tweet can be found on my Twitter @shesjustche and I tweeted:
"#OnMyBlock really has me contemplating life and my emotional attachment to the show. Like the ending wasn’t an escape as much as a mirror to life itself. That song at end had me in my bag like I can’t y’all. This season actually messed me up."
