17 July 2018 Ana Young is an interdisciplinary artist who likes to work across drawing, painting and sculptural installations. Her work has been displayed in the Tom Bass Scuplture Prize, the Dobell, Fisher’s Ghost and Kedumba Awards and at Chalkhorse Gallery in Sydney. Most recently her work was displayed as part of the Bush to Bay: Hinton and the Artists’ Camps exhibition at Mosman Art Gallery. Coming soon, you can see her work as part of another group exhibition at the Broadhurst Gallery, which is part of the Hazelhurst Regional Gallery. 25 Aug – 04 Sept. 2018. Ana has a studio in Hill End and has produced various works there over the years.

18 March 2018 Rosemary Valadon – Hill End based artist Rosemary Valadon is a regular in the Archibald, Sulman, Blake and Portia Geach Art Prizes. She chats about living and working in regional NSW, her art practice and process and upcoming exhibitions in Orange, Sydney and Maitland.

08 April 2018 Peter Solness is an award winning photographer with over 35 yearsindustry experience. Peter’s recent photographic work is in a genre called Light Painting. Twice awarded the NSW Parliamentary Plein Air Photographic Prize for his Light Painting images, he is coming out to the Central West to conduct workshops and is available for bookings.

Judith Brenner is an English painter who works with the themes of alchemy. Using metal powders and experimenting with other materials on canvas, her works evolve and change as a matter of chemistry and they reflect the energy of various environments and landscapes that inspire her. During a fantastic Red Gate Gallery Residency in China, 2016, I conducted interviews with various artists and gallerists as part of my research in Beijing .
