Georgia Kitty Harris - Illustrator & Printmaker

Georgia Kitty Harris is a London-based printmaker and illustrator, who studied Fine Art at Kingston and did an MA in printmaking at the Royal College of Art.

Georgia's work currently uses animals as avatars to explore an interest in taxonomy. The ways in which people classify and group themselves is in a constant state of flux, and there's something she finds reassuring in the collective nouns and orders of animals. It's like an anthropomorphic representation of belonging.
