It seems like over the last few years the most common question that we receive is “Where all of the Accountants?” or “Why is it so hard to hire talent right now?” It's really a good question and we typically tell clients....well, how much time do you have?
The easy answer is to simply say there is a supply and demand issue, but there is lot more to it! This episode will evaluate all of the reasons why it's so hard to hire right now and answer the question that is on everyone’s mind. We will also share some insight into how to find accounting talent and what they might be looking for in this market.
