Actually, we talk about what happens while we sleep. Humans have been trying to make sense of why we dream for as long as we've been around, and though we've gotten pretty close to understanding, there are still so many questions we all have about why we dream and what we dream about. Maybe we're not even meant to fully understand it all. But it sure is pretty dope to talk about.
Adulting tip of the day: Try investing in a dream journal and keeping it by your bed so you can jot down your dreams as soon as you wake up. You might be inspired by what comes out.

Welcome back family and friends! It’s your two favorite girls bringing you another fresh episode of Are We Adulting Yet. This week we share some new and exciting news in our grown folk business. We then go on to talk about the NFL. Yup, football. First of all, our hometown is going to the Super Bowl...in our hometown! Yes, Tampa is making history this year and we are all here for it! After receiving that great news, we then heard the horrible story of former Seattle Seahawks offensive tackle, Chad Wheeler, who was arrested for beating his girlfriend and leaving her unconscious twice. After hearing this, we decided it was only right to talk about the very common problem many of us face as adults, and in some cases as children too. Abusive relationships are never ok, no matter what kind of abuse it is. We want every single one of you all to know the warning signs, what to do if you need help, and how to be safe!
Adulting tip of the day: If you are or ever find yourself in an abusive relationship, know that there are ways to get out of it. Nobody should be treated badly, including yourself.
