For many of us amigas, we have had to work extremely hard to make progress towards our goals. Despite how daunting your dreams may seem, it is possible to accomplish them when you make sacrifices, work hard, and relentlessly pursue them.


In this episode, I am joined by the amazing Lupita Garcia-Rugerio. Lupita was born and raised in Mexico City. As the daughter of an attorney / judge, Lupita learned stellar leadership skills, honest work ethic and experience at an early age that she currently uses to look out for the best interest of her team, agents and clients. Lupita has been a Real Estate producing and managing broker for 18 years which has given her valuable skills that she uses daily in assisting her agents, but most importantly she encourages her team to never stop learning and loves to help them grow.

She's also completed her MS in counseling specializing in student development in higher education from Cal State University Long Beach and her bachelor's in science and development psychology from California Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo.
