
How To Become Professional Sports Person - Part 2

What is needed to become a professional sports person that you dream of, what do you need to do? There is so much right?
In this episode you will see the essentials are laid out for you.
The focus here is 'The Plan You Will Need To Achieve Your Sports Goals'.
Step 1 - 2 Questions
- What is your big vision - your big ultimate sports goal?
- How long will it take you to get there? (be real).
Step 2 - The 5 Phase Vision
In this 5 Phase Vision we work backwards from your big ultimate sports goal (being Phase 5) back to where you are now in achieving your Phase 1 Vision (your first goal - it's the first stepping stone to your Ultimate Sports Goal.
Here's how you do it;
- Phase 5 Vision is ? (Your Ultimate Sports Goal)
- Phase 4 Vision is ? (Your goal before the Ultimate Sports Goal)
- Phase 3 Vision is ? (Your goal before Phase 4 goall)
- Phase 2 Vision is ? (Your goal before Phase 3 goal)
- Phase 1 Vision is ? (Your first goal that will lead you to Phase 2)
Step 3 - Your First Goal (Phase 1)
Listen to the episode to ensure you have your key elements in place, then answer these questions below;
- What is your Phase 1 Goal?
- What routines must you have in the morning?
- What routines must you have in the evening?
- What type of training must you do?
- What type of skill development must you be focused on?
- What type of training must you incorporate to perform under pressure?
- What type of system must you have in place to track and evaluate what you are doing?
Once you have answered all those questions...
You will need to plan out your Phase 1 Goal to get to Phase 2.
- What needs to be done on a weekly basis?
- What needs to be done on a daily basis?
Your plan doesn't have to be perfect, but you must begin working on it. Then you can make changes where needed along the way.
