Rishi Dastidar is a fellow of “The Complete Works”, a consulting editor at The Rialto magazine, a member of Malika’s Poetry Kitchen, and chair of writer development organization Spread The Word. He is editor of The Craft: A Guide to Making Poetry Happen in the 21st Century (Nine Arches Press). Saffron Jack is his second collection.

Gregory Leadbetter is the author of two poetry collections, Maskwork (2020) and The Fetch (2016), both with Nine Arches Press, as well as the pamphlet The Body in the Well (HappenStance Press, 2007), Balanuve (Broken Sleep, 2021). His book Coleridge and the Daemonic Imagination (Palgrave Macmillan, 2011) won the University English Book Prize 2012. He has written both poetry and radio drama for the BBC. He is Professor of Poetry at Birmingham City University.

Geraldine Clarkson has performed poems at the Royal Albert Hall, as part of the Proms Extra Late series broadcast on BBC Radio 3, and also at the Poetry Society AGM. She is a former winner of the Ambit and Poetry London competitions and her first full collection Monica's

In Black Box, based on the novel by Kevan Manwaring, mankind is looking to the stars to find solutions to the failing climate on planet Earth. In episode 3, Lake must try to get the space berg back on course for the Arkship Ithaka after the accident which sent it off course. Content warning; Swearing, drug references, peril, sexual references.
Black Box Part Three: The Shadow On The Ice was written by Dr Kevan Manwaring, adapated from his original novel.

In the story, you heard an original recording of the Wassailing song “Sweet Master” performed by Fay Hield. This was an exclusive recording for the Alternative Stories and Fake Realities Podcast.
