All Vibes Valid

Hello, Lovelies! We have all had a relationship mutually go sour, whether it's platonic or romantic. Every one of us has had a missed connection with someone we thought was our ride or die. Most of these missed connections are a result of us trying to expand and grow, but we are not given the room to. In this weeks episode, I discuss the point in which a relationship needs rest but its overlooked. Many times, it's overlooked because we are too scared to lose the individuals we are closest to. Maybe, that individual really hurt us or maybe we are just moving on to different paths. For whatever reason, change is necessary. When we resist this change, what ends up happening is the relationship starts to run on borrowed time. This turns a relationship toxic. Communications between one another is not clear, resentment grows, the betrayal (if experienced) manifests into uglier forms, and it's just shit.

Which is why I wanted to spend this episode understanding ourselves in terms of our relationship with others. I talk about how we can remove ourselves from negative relationships to give room for more positive relationships to grow. How we can recognize this change from a healthy perspective in our future relationships to prevent this from reoccurring. I talk about how to respect the others' space during times like these. To close the episode, Kat's Crumble holds us accountable for the position we played in the relationship ending. However, we do not inflict shame on ourselves for the role we played. We recognize and we release.

Graduation

Can you imagine not knowing where you're going to be living or working in three months? With graduation just around the corner, things can be kind of chaotic. The level of uncertainty during this time can be astronomical. Which is why Vibes With Kat is focusing episode 7 on graduation. As with every episode, I guide our beautiful souls with a tarot reading. This episode starts it's journey with an anti-bucket list. This is a list of all the things we are releasing and keeping out of our lives from here on out. Your anti-bucket list should contain things you are trying not to do. As we create our anti-bucket list we give space for greater things to enter our lives. Throughout the episode, I walk you through my plans leading up to and after graduation. I am completely and totally uncertain of how successful these steps will be. That's the beautiful part of every journey. If you are in the unknown, not knowing where you're going to live, not having a job secured. Follow me along my journey of revealing this "post-graduate uncertainty". With no guarantee's, I am revealing my plans for moving across country, finding a house, and getting a job. To wrap up VWK, the crumble this week is perfect for parents, friends, and anyone who likes to give gifts. Kat's Crumble is a list of gifts that you can get the graduate in your life. As always, Vibes With Kat is here to spread positivity and joy. It's the little things, that spark motivation, that matter.

Summer Rays

It's summertime! Graduation is over, finals are finished, and now it's time to transition into this bright and beautiful time of year. In this weeks episode, we begin transitioning into summer by
cultivating our confidence. Summer is the season for confidence, just like graduation is the season for job hunting. Less clothing, more adventures, and certainly more freedom. Confidence is essentially being comfortable in your own skin. This comfort should allow you to accept yourself entirely. Confidence is crucial for creating relationships, understanding your strengths and weaknesses, and helping further you in life. Confidence in an interview is key. In this episode, we look at being confident in your interview and in your skin.
Kat's Crumble transitions us into a summer routine by realigning our goals and aspirations. By creating a list of new goals, I am setting myself up to have a successful summer. One of my goals is to read four books this summer, on top of the two books I am currently reading. I felt the desire to share the books I wish to read by the end of the summer, which is why I incorporated a summer reading list.
