Perception

The way we perceive the world dictates the emotions we feel towards it. It can seem like the view you have on life is fixed. That's simply not the case, the way you view life is entirely up to you. Your response to events that are occurring is entirely up to you. Transitioning from a negative perception to a positive one is not easy. It takes time and practice, an understanding that you are exactly where you are supposed to be. It takes action, doing things that fuel your soul instead of your ego. This journey started with a desire to be happy, it then flourished into a desire to be aligned with my highest good. This alignment is what keeps us in a flow state of mind at work when the guests are rude. We don't attach to their energy, because we are grounded in ours. Kat's Crumble this week is all about breath work. I share a few short techniques that help us produce the energy we need for our day. Whether that energy be cleansing, firing, or realigning.
