Prior to finding Lucali, Mark worked in construction and focused on granite and marble fabrication. He has starred in multiple shows including Netflix's Ugly Delicious, The Pizza Show and Munchies. And, secondly, Billy Durney, owner of Hometown Bar-B-Que in Red Hook, Industry City and Miami, and Red Hook Tavern in Red Hook, Brooklyn. After almost 20 years in the security and private protection field, Billy fulfilled a longtime dream by becoming head pitmaster, opening Hometown in 2013 to great success, going on to further expansion.
