The Truth is Good Enough
Alison Answers #MissionAwake
02/09/22 • 42 min
In today’s episode of Alison Answers: Mission Awake, Alison dives deep into the fact that our bodies are a storehouse of thoughts and ideas that we have been fed throughout our lives. We don’t even realize how automated we are in our lives, and how we are just playing out ideas and beliefs that were given to us at some point. The time is now, to stop and realize that we are living in a state of automation and we need to take charge of our lives and know that we are all destined for so much more than we are settling for each and every day.
We become addicted to the feelings that we feel the most, so these feelings of sadness, hopelessness, or that we aren’t worthy of love or happiness, are not true. We just have become programed and addicted, and it’s time to wake up, realize where we are without judgment, and know that we can all have a life that we are absolutely blown away by.
Key highlights:
- It is simple to change our thoughts. It's easier than managing the life that you don't want
- In order to get to the next place, you have to know where you are at right now
- Alison walks through steps to look inside and assess our life currently without judgment
- We have to acknowledge our beliefs, unlearn them, and notice when they pop up again
- Every one of us is designed for greatness
- You can have a life you will be blown away by, and we can all be happy
- Because of the things Alison has overcome, she wants to help others change their lives and realize how amazing life can be
