Agape Everyday, 5-Minute Gratitude Meditation

Michael sent me this email with his song and I wanted to share a quote for background "I skipped home, thinking about how gravity came after the big bang and started to bend space-time and how thoughts manifesting themselves physically in our world is a lot like gravity warping the space around it. We can use gratitude as our gravity and attract more things to be grateful for by enjoying and celebrating all that is already here!"

and here are the lyrics:

loving invitations

pour right into my room dinner reservations soul feels full from a spiritual food able mind and body my cells make cells in different hues soft design in subtlest shine made of a mystery glue gratitude is my gravity watch all these good things happen to me thinking a thought is tossing a rock to make ripples on the sea the source of course is mine it's yours! these laws are in each seed right after each big bang use gratitude for gravity up before the sun is before a doubt can get me down lunch is put together and it's still breakfast-time in town before I scramble the words together I'm grateful for the words the line of life is most beautiful in the places where it curves gratitude is my gravity watch all these good things happen to me thinking a thought is tossing a rock to make ripples on the sea the source of course is mine it's yours! these laws are in each seed right after each big bang use gratitude for gravity
