After the Run

Tyler Christensen

In this show I share what I learned on my 100 pound weight loss journey and what I've done to keep the weight off. I started 2018 at 306 pounds and unable to run a mile. In 2019 I was down to 203 ran a 52.4 mile ultra-marathon. Season one documents what I learned in my first two years. Season two is what I'm continuing to work on to keep the weight off and live an even healthier life.
