Mindfulness, Trauma & Psychedelic Psychotherapy w/ Dr. Devon Christie MD ~ Ep 17
Devon Christie, MD joins us on ATTMind to explore how her work with interpersonal mindfulness and trauma-focused therapy applies to the integration of psychedelic experiences. But the fun doesn’t stop there, she offers us a deep and important perspective on “Trauma” and the role it plays in our everyday health.
This interview explores psychedelic "shadow work”, mindfulness practices, implicit memory imprinting, an in-depth discussion on exactly what “trauma” is, how childhood trauma affects us as adults, and most importantly, Dr. Devon offers us real life perspective on what it means to heal ourselves and become whole again.
Unlike some of the other episodes, this interview quickly became more of a dialogue between the two of us. I think you will deeply enjoy our rapport and the deep wisdom Dr. Devon has to offer.
