A group of dangerously codependent British misfits gather around a microphone, sip cocktails, and seek a glorious demise in a Dungeons & Dragons themed actual play comedy podcast.

With a cast that includes a failed Crocoborn sorcerer, turned children’s party entertainer, a dirty old human priest, on the brink of the afterlife, a retired half-orc police officer, a sassy blue Tiefling, surrounded by bees and a retired Gnome archer with PTSD. So, if you like your plot lines thin and crispy, and your language to be saltier than a sailor's beard, welcome aboard!

Disappointing the TTRPG & D&D Community since 2020. Not suitable for little ears. This show is mostly improvised and entirely inappropriate. Listener discretion is advised.

A brand new episode every Tuesday.

Podcast Q&A

Why did you start this show?

We started this podcast in the summer of 2021 quite by accident. We had taken up playing D&D as an escape from the boredom of Covid Lockdown. But we had to play remotely as you can well imagine. This soon left us with recordings of our sessions that we listened back to laughing and cringing. After a particularly long cocktail session one day we decided to start sharing these with the world and thus a legend was born.

What do you hope listeners gain from listening to your show?

We are a cocktail fuelled, over-the-line podcast, charting the adventures of a group of friends as they push the limits of both the Dungeon Masters Handbook and common decency.

Which episode should someone start with?

If you are late to the game you could always start with Episode 10. The main storyline sets on fire there and goes off on a hilarious tangent.

Which have been your favourite episodes so far?

As a DM and editor, the ones that stand out to me are the ones where the humour was accidental. Episode 10 - A Very Polite Kurfuffle - High-stakes tension in an Elven tent city Episode 26 - Welcome to Nutbush Penitentiary - Listen to the players adapt to life behind bars Episode 58 - Down from the Crown or Up from the Brown - It's as bad as it sounds haha

Which episode are you most proud of?

Episodes 64/65 - Romance is not our forte but lord knows we tried our best haha.

What is your vision for your show?

For people to come and have a laugh and forget about their problems for a few hours.

How did you come up with the name for your podcast?

We drink cocktails and need reminding to show self-restraint. The rest is history.

Tell us a bit about yourself

Six dangerously codependent dipshits drink cocktails and seek a glorious death. With a cast that includes a failed Crocoborn sorcerer, turned children’s party entertainer, a dirty old human priest, on the brink of the afterlife, a Half Orc fighter with the IQ of a pine cone, a sassy blue Tiefling, surrounded by bees and a retired Gnome archer with PTSD. So, if you like your plot lines thin and crispy, and your language to be saltier than a sailor's beard, welcome aboard!
