Today we’re bringing back one of my all-time favorite people and guests, Kirstie Fleur.Kirstie and I became friends just before she moved to Nashville, but the distance hasn’t kept us apart or kept us from being huge advocates for each other.
Watching this woman and the incredible mission she’s on is nothing short of awe-inspiring!
But recently she’s decided to face heartbreaking trauma from her past. Trauma that’s left deep wakes in her life from a very young, innocent age.
I feel privileged to know this woman and to have her as a major influence in my life. If we are like the 5 people closest to us... I want this woman in my 5 hands down.

Designed for those new adults who grew up knowing Jesus and currently feel trapped by expectations of what “should” come next, our vision is to cultivate wholeness for the mind, soul, body and heart that leads to transformed, confident, and abundant life in order to be a thriving adult in the world.
I love the switch that flipped for Tammy and her husband when they decided to move from “success” to “significance.”

I met Sarah a few months ago and when I learned how she turned her mother’s devastating terminal cancer diagnosis into a way to see joy in life, I knew I had to learn more about her non-profit, Our Terminal.
She’s helping others experience peace within the sorrow, joy within the pain, and hope within the heartache.
Of course, end of life discussions aren’t on the top of anyone’s list of conversation topics, but I have no doubt you’ll enjoy this story of how she created a way to use her experience to comfort others.

The name grabbed my attention right away, but just as fast... my head cocked to the side. I knew right then I was about to go down one heck of a rabbit hole. I wanted to know more.
I came to learn that Holy Yoga is a practice that clearly helps the mind and the body, but it puts a whole new emphasis on the soul.
Holy Yoga is absolutely intriguing, so I was ecstatic when I was able to set up an interview with its founder and CEO, Brooke Boon.
