She shared about how she broke up with her fear and overcame her past traumas. She had a very long and difficult journey in life yet she managed to fight them all.

Carolyn J. Murphy is the Mind Shift Coach, specializing in renewing individuals’ minds and hearts, guiding them from negativity to positivity. She is a certified Tennessee PEER Support Specialist and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration with a specialty in Accounting. She is the author of the book, God, Why Did You Save Me? which details her harrowing life as a youth and the transformation she experienced to overcome the past.
