I am a survivor of self-hate, domestic violence, and childhood trauma and I’m currently battling PTSD but I didn’t allow any of that to stop me. I decided to continue my story, so I created a community for women who are in the beginning stages of self-healing. In our community, we help women build their skills, give them useful tools to use during their healing journey, and access to educational programs, and support.
On this podcast, I will be sharing my life experiences. We will be having those deep conversations, I’m also going to be showering you with love and support, and I will also be giving you advice and encouraging words.

In this world of negativity, having a positive mindset is quite demanding. When everyone around you behaves negatively, wants to get in conflicts and you can't feel any positive vibe around you then at that time having a positive mind or reacting positively is very challenging. You have negative thoughts popping into your mind all the time, you can’t get rid of them and they waste your whole day just making you feel stressed.

EPISODE 13: How Do You Want to be Loved │Rose Jones
Self-love is an appreciation for oneself. It is a skill you need to develop to help you learn how to accept yourself in all circumstances with all flaws and without any external support. It’s like you love yourself no matter what someone thinks of you. It’s all about self-acceptance and giving yourself permission to make mistakes and to learn and grow from them. Think about it like this say you made a big mistake, self-love allows you to forgive yourself and allows you to acknowledge your mistake more in a healthy way, without it you would find yourself - stuck in self-doubt, self-pity, and allow the external words and thoughts to overcome you and take over who you and how you love yourself.
