Today we focus on our bodies. When life feels hectic, quiet the outside distractions by tuning into you. The aim is to pay attention to different body parts and see what you notice. Your mind may drift. That's okay. Notice that it has done so and come back to the focus in the exercise. You're working on your awareness 'muscle!'
Notice what you notice, be curious, release judgement. Breathe deeply and within minutes you will have reset, feel focused, and ready for your day.
